This includes your real full name, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, date of birth, and valid payment information. Each player may hold only one active account on HM777. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, HM777 will close all accounts belonging to that player and may forfeit any balances held in those accounts. Players who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned may not re-register.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HM777 account credentials, including your username and password. HM777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify HM777 support immediately at support@hm777.biz if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
HM777 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests or at any other point during your use of the platform. Verification typically involves providing a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and confirmation that your registered payment method is in your name. Failure to complete verification within the time requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. HM777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity charge to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any charge is applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved less any applicable inactivity charges.
You may request the closure of your HM777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements are settled. HM777 also reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
HM777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR. HM777 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name, from third parties, or from corporate accounts.

Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit. HM777 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing a player's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. Withdrawals are subject to any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. HM777 does not charge a fee for withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within 4 hours during banking days. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank. HM777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks after the withdrawal has been approved on our side.
HM777 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals or where required for compliance purposes. This is standard practice and is not specific to any individual player.
HM777 offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first deposit. The current welcome bonus is a 100% match up to Rs 50,000. This means if you deposit Rs 1,000, HM777 will credit an additional Rs 1,000 in bonus funds to your account, giving you Rs 2,000 to play with. The minimum deposit required to activate the welcome bonus is Rs 200.
All bonuses awarded by HM777 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and any promotional bonuses — are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on HM777 bonuses is 10× the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any winnings from it become eligible for withdrawal.
HM777 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using risk-free wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine exposure, or using bonuses in a way that HM777 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. If bonus abuse is identified, HM777 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account concerned.
HM777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be notified to players via email or platform notification where reasonably practical. HM777's decision on all promotional matters is final.
Bets placed on HM777 are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet before confirming it. HM777 will not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed, except in cases where a clearly erroneous odd has been offered — in which case HM777 reserves the right to void the bet at the correct odds or refund the stake at its discretion.
The minimum bet on HM777 is Rs 100 for sports betting and Rs 50 for casino and crash games. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. HM777 reserves the right to alter maximum bet limits for individual accounts at any time.
If an odds error (palpable error) results in a bet being offered at clearly incorrect odds — for example, an odds of 100.0 offered on a strong favourite — HM777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. HM777 will make every reasonable effort to avoid such errors but cannot guarantee that all prices offered will be free of error.
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the outcome of a market is determined, HM777 will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts. Standard void rules apply in accordance with the specific sport's betting rules, which are available in the HM777 help section.
All casino games and crash games on HM777 use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player. Published RTP (return to player) figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session. For provably fair games such as Aviator, players can verify individual round results using the cryptographic seed data provided at the end of each round.
In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, HM777 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. HM777 will not honour winnings that result from a demonstrable system error, software glitch, or network failure that produced an outcome inconsistent with normal game operation.
The maximum payout from a single game session on HM777 is Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh) unless otherwise stated for a specific jackpot promotion. Any winnings above this threshold in a single session may be subject to review and verification before being credited or paid out.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on HM777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:
HM777 uses automated fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged, reviewed, and acted upon promptly. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

During the exclusion period, HM777 will close your account and return any balance held.
